STOMP is now called Medicine Optimisation.
Delivering better Value work in Children's services - coproduction with families, working to find gaps in commissioning to improve services for SEND children embedding graduated approach and discussion of Portsmouth model for ND pathway.
discussed potential for Zoop - new Autism Hub at Open Door - potential for autism stream members of Autism theme that feeds into AAD partnership board.
Early stages of improving adult mental health services - prevention focus
Transitions - new target operating model being developed
What is Important?
Both the work on ND pathway & DBV involve service mapping and identifying commissioning gaps which has potential for new commissioned work that the sector could deliver.
