We are able to offer you support with a variety of topics, from helping you to decide which legal structure is suitable for your organisation, helping you to create your legal document and register your organisation to working with you to deliver bespoke sessions with regard to helping your trustees better manage your organisation. Resources
Our resources are designed to help Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) organisations in Wirral operate with confidence and clarity.
You’ll find practical guidance, templates and tools covering the key areas of running and developing an organisation, from governance and safeguarding to finance, policies and funding. Whether you are just starting out or looking to strengthen existing practice, our resources are structured to support real-world decision making.
Training
We deliver training and development opportunities to help organisations build skills, confidence and resilience. Our programme includes workshops, briefings and learning sessions designed around the needs of Wirral’s VCFSE sector. Sessions range from practical “how-to” training to more strategic development, supporting both new and established organisations. Training is delivered in accessible formats, including online and in-person sessions, with a focus on relevance, clarity and application. Below you can find the training we provide.

Bespoke Training
We also offer bespoke training, tailored to your organisation’s specific needs. You can access tailored support for your organisation, working alongside the whole board to support with guidance on roles, responsibilities and best practice as well as equipping trustees with the essential skills and knowledge around the principles of the charity governance code.
