Volunteer Coordinator
Byrne Avenue Baths
Byrne Avenue Trust is recruiting for a new role based at Byrne Avenue Baths. Thanks to new funding we have a fixed term one-year contract available for a Volunteer Coordinator, working 16 hours per week on a flexible basis. Occasional evenings and weekends will be required to support events and activities. Salary meets national minimum wage.
The role will include supporting and managing our growing band of volunteers, including identifying any skills gaps, collating management reports and supporting volunteer development, as well as elements of community engagement. Prior experience in a similar role is essential as we need you to be able to hit the ground running.

This isn’t an activity delivery role, but the person will be essential in providing a warm and welcoming environment to our participants and their support team, as well as creating a positive experience by ensuring all bookkeeping and administrative requirements are well organised, and up to date.
