Wellbeing Enterprises CIC is recruiting two Imaginarium Development Managers to help establish and grow the Liverpool City Region Imaginarium - an exciting new civic platform bringing communities, organisations and decision-makers together to imagine new possibilities, tackle inequalities and create lasting change.

We're looking for two ambitious, highly organised and community-minded professionals who can combine strong management and delivery skills with community engagement, facilitation and partnership development.

You'll play a leading role in shaping the Imaginarium, delivering innovative activities, developing partnerships and helping build a sustainable platform that continues to make a difference for years to come.

Help coordinate and deliver training, talks and events, support community and workplace projects, and contribute to the smooth running of our Training Department. This role would suit someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working with people.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Family Support Co-ordinator to join our friendly team in Wirral.

Main Duties -

To provide a quality family support service to Wirral families
To train and support a team of family support volunteers
To meet the outcomes and outputs agreed with funders
To build good working relationships with other agencies to ensure the provision of the most effective and appropriate support for families.

We’re looking for someone who can:

To support families to understand what to expect when their child has been put on a Child Protection Plan.

To visit families in their own homes, in the community or virtually, depending on their need, to support with preparation for meetings.

To support families to attend Child Protection Conferences and Core Group meetings.

To build good working relationships with families and professionals.

Complete relevant paperwork as required and ensure adequate records are kept of the support offered to each family.

Attend training identified as relevant to the role by the line manager.

Undertaking designated responsibilities to safeguard and promote children’s welfare.


The Parent Advocate will have:

Lived experience of having a child in your care that was on a child protection plan, and that the children came off the plan a minimum of 12 months ago Or Be someone who has supported a family member who had a child on a child protection plan, where the children came off the plan a minimum of 12 months ago.
No social care involvement for past 12 months.

We are recruiting a Wellbeing Recovery Worker to work with our members. This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Occasional Saturday working of four hours will be required as part of the contracted hours.

The successful candidate will engage and work with members aged 18 and over, using our creative recovery model to help them access Spider Project’s vibrant timetable and wider opportunities. You will support people who have experienced substance misuse, mental health challenges, long-term health conditions, or other forms of recovery. As a positive role model within the community, you will lead by example and help create an encouraging, inclusive environment.
