Centre Officer
St Vincent de Paul Society
As Centre Officer, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, activities coordinators, and volunteers, you will help deliver a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for all who visit.
Your work will directly support individuals and families facing hardship, loneliness, or crisis; making this a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the community.
£16,871.40 per annum

Information & Advice Advisors

We are looking for someone with information and advice experience to join our team providing impartial information and advice to local older people and carers.
In this busy service, you will be part of a friendly and committed team who have a huge impact in supporting older people and carers to make informed decisions about issues that impact their lives.

Financial Administrator
Leisure, Laughter & Learning
Wirral 3Ls, a registered charity, has provided Leisure, Laughter, Learning to thousands of older adults across the Wirral in the form of daytime courses, events and social gatherings.
We are looking for a part-qualified / experienced Financial Administrator to work part-time in our office in Bebington for two mornings a week. Total nine hours per week with a flexible start time.
They will be managing all of our financial and banking transactions with support from the Treasurer and Volunteers, reporting to the General Manager.
Experience with corporate on-line banking and accounting system such as Quick Books Online is essential. Intermediate MS Excel skills are also required.

Gambling Harms Reduction Team Lead

The postholder will drive implementation of Wirral’s strategy to reduce gambling-related harms in alignment with national and regional priorities, ensuring gambling harm reduction is embedded within wider health and wellbeing agendas such as mental health, addictions, licensing, and inequalities. They will develop and maintain an action plan with clear priorities, outcomes, and measures, using data and evidence to identify needs, monitor progress, and evaluate impact, building strong partnerships across local authorities, the NHS, VCSE organisations, and people with lived experience.

YMCA Wirral is searching for a dedicated Night Shift Worker to support some of our community’s most vulnerable individuals whilst they navigate crisis. In their darkest moments, you will be the steady presence offering reassurance, safety, and hope.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing essential support to people facing homelessness and crisis.
• Offering kindness, guidance, and a listening ear to those in distress.
• Handling challenging situations with a calm and measured approach.
• Conducting regular checks and safety rounds, maintenance and domestic tasks, ensuring a secure environment.
£29,778.35 per annum
