Wirral's VCFSE sector have established a dispersed leadership model to ensure that they are well represented and that emerging leaders are supported. We want to ensure that both established and emerging leaders, elected by the sector, represent the wider interests of the sector at a strategic decision making level across Wirral, Liverpool City Region and the Cheshire and Merseyside (ICS) footprints.

Wirral CVS's role is to implement and develop the model with the sector, co-ordinate opportunities and to ensure the dissemination of information from Representatives. The following pages in this section will provide all of the information you need.

The Representation Forum is where current reps are able to engage and feedback to the sector about discussions and questions raised within meetings and networks they are a part of. The Forum is a crucial part of the Representation Model and provides website members with the ability to ensure their priorities are on the agenda for any decisions reps are a part of.
