Wirral Volunteer Managers invited to share their thoughts in a short survey
We are inviting Volunteer Managers from across the Wirral to take part in a short survey that will help shape the future of our volunteering support. Your input will give us the feedback we need to improve how we work with you, address sector challenges and strengthen our borough’s voluntary offer.
What the survey covers
You’ll be asked about:
How many volunteers you work with each month
Your awareness and use of the Volunteer Portal
How you connect with other Volunteer Managers
The challenges and barriers that prevent people from volunteering
Your views on collaboration, training, recognition and pathways into employment
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Your voice will directly influence the focus areas for me and Jen in the Volunteering Team, ensuring we are targeting the right priorities and providing support that makes a difference.
Additionally, thank you all for the amazing welcome Jen and I have had over the last two months. It has been great coming to meet some of you in-person and finding out more about your organisations, and thank you for contributing your experience and feedback to us.
