Running a charity is a team effort — and your board plays a vital role in making it all work. Our Trustee Support Service is here to help your whole board feel confident, informed, and supported.
As well as offering individual support for trustees, Wirral CVS also offer board-wide support for your organisation. We offer tailored support for your organisation, working alongside the whole board to support with guidance on roles, responsibilities and best practice as well as equipping trustees with the essential skills and knowledge around the principles of the charity governance code.
