Wirral Provider Alliance Result For the Wirral Provider Alliance, there were four expressions of interest received from Sabra Ahmed ( Wirral Change ), Jay Anderson ( Age UK WLS ), Carol Johnson-Eyre ( Citizens Advice Wirral ) and Yang Liu ( Wirral Change ).
