20 Minutes to a Healthier Board - Truth behind the numbers

Welcome to our very first Trustee information session designed to support you with effective, time conscious and relevant information to assist you to develop a healthy and resilient board.

Trustees, board members, committee members, directors call them what you will, in the Voluntary Community Faith and Social Enterprise sector are generally very busy people. Usually working or studying and volunteering in the evenings, or retired with a multitude of commitments, they do not have a great deal of time to work on their trustee personal development plans, and even less time to do this in a group environment.

We will use the Charity Governance Code as a framework for these sessions and you can use this as a tool at your board meetings to show how you are meeting your due diligence.
