Get It Loud In Libraries Academy is coming to Birkenhead Central Library to deliver a series of creative workshops to young people (Ages 13-17yrs)
Explore the world of Live Music Photography with the award winning Gig Events Team from Loud In Libraries, supported by funding from the National Lottery and Arts Council England. This is a great opportunity for those aged between 13 and 17 years old who are looking to take their first steps into the music world, since no experience is needed to book a place.
This workshop is due to take place on Tuesday 26th August at 11am - 3:30pm at Birkenhead Central Library and is FREE to book.
Apart from Photography workshops, there are also Music Journalism and Event Promotion sessions for young participants to engage with.
Music Journalism Workshop:

If you're mad about music and want to learn how to put events on the map, this is for you! You'll have the chance to work with local artists, take over GILIL's socials for a live gig with 'Stealing Sheep' and develop your own promo plan.
No experience needed and FREE to book!
The participants of all the workshops will get to come along to the gig to see Stealing Sheep on the Sunday afternoon, which is open to all ages including families.
