About the event

Grants of between £10k and £25k are available to eligible VCSE organisations to support local residents with numeracy skills.

Come to MTF to meet Lisa Smalley, Multiply Community Grants Project Manager ‑ Liverpool City Region who will talk to you about the fund and WEA funding opportunities.

Launched across the UK in 2022, Multiply is a new government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills.

Individuals aged 19 and over that don’t have maths GCSE at grade C (Grade 4 and above), can access free numeracy courses through Multiply to build confidence with numbers and gain a qualification. Multiply will help the Levelling Up mission to ensure that by 2030, the number of people successfully completing high-quality skills training will have significantly increased in every area of the United Kingdom.

WEA is launching its Multiply Community Grants programme for 2023/24 with funding across the Liverpool City Region.

Next round of funding opens Wed 3rd April 2024.
