The discovery of data, and stories within your local community that enable you to understand what the issues and barriers are to your community. There are organisations that are specifically designed to expand the pool of data we have publicly accessible and visualise it so that everyone from charities to businesses can utilise it. Local insight is helpful to understand demographics for service delivery and can help you pinpoint locations where support from your organisation is needed the most.
